The CVT Fluid: This is the #1 thing. Nissan's Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) is smooth, but it must have its fluid changed every 30k–40k miles to last. If there’s no record of a transmission service, make that your first priority.
Brake Wear: At 71k, it should be on its second set of brakes. If the pedal feels "spongy" or you hear a squeak, it’s likely time for new pads and a rotor resurfacing.
Tires: A typical set of tires lasts 40k–50k miles. Check the tread depth; it’s likely on its second set and might be getting close to needing a third.
