What a wonderful experience I had at 5 Star Toyota. It was my first visit there. From my initial meet with my service advisor to when I was driving away it was 5 star all the way. My advisor went over all my service needs and concerns. She kept me abreast constantly and in person as to how my service was progressing. I was aware of the cost from the beginning. The video I was sent of my actual car inspection was a surprisingly added bonus. Everyone seemed to enjoy being there and concerned about their customers. Best customer service I’ve ever gotten from any dealership. I was at Acura dealership in Athens the next week. Total nightmare and no personal service. Everyone should copy 5 Stars model. 100% Ask for ALYSSA in SALES! She provided outstanding customer service in the process of picking out my car. Driving from hours away she put in so much work, to provide me with every video and photo that I requested and more!! The manager and Chance also jumped in and helped her with the videos that I requested of the Corvette revving to see and hear the exhaust. Upon arrival I was welcomed when I arrived and treated with smiles. Alyssa had the keys and car ready when I arrived and definitely made sure I was happy during my entire experience, even offering to purchase me a drink and snack for me! I’ve been coming to Five Star for about 7 years now, and I’ve gotten my last 4 vehicles from them. I simply went in for an oil change and ended up leaving in the 4Runner I’ve wanted for 7+ years! 🥹❤️ Mrs. Gail, John, and Mrs. Tia made it happen, and they were absolutely the best! Five Star’s sales department gets 5 ✨ from me! The service department, however, gets 3 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Long story short, before trading in my RAV4, I specifically stressed that there were wires and a bass knob that needed to be removed. After the trade was finalized, I was told by the service department that it would cost $400 just for them to look at it. We’re talking about a 15–20-minute job! I reached out to Hayden, the General Sales Manager, explained the situation, and he made it right. They agreed to take care of it, and I genuinely appreciate him stepping in. HOWEVER… Instead of simply unscrewing my bass knob, service decided to RIP IT OFF, breaking it in the process. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Not only was it broken, but they had the nerve to throw the mounting plate and screws into the box with the wires and the broken bass knob. Like… seriously?! 😩 I understand that things happen, but there’s a right way and a wrong way to handle someone’s property. This could have easily been removed properly, especially considering I had already explained exactly what needed to be done. Sales gets 5 stars from me, but service definitely needs some improvement. A huge shoutout to Hayden for making the situation right, and to Mrs. Gail, John, and Mrs. Tia for helping me finally get my dream 4Runner! ❤️🚙✨

I have been here a few times for service on my car the service staff is very friendly and helpful. The service technicians are usually very quick and tend to get your vehicle done quickly.

Adriana went above and beyond. She saved me $200 on my tire replacement by reaching out to a third-party to get them to pay for some of it. Extremely grateful for her help. She’s always super helpful when we come in to get our vehicles serviced. A true asset to your team!
