The service person was amazing but the thing that I noticed in my receipt was that I was getting a supply charge on my bill. The truck just got an alignment and it didn’t needed any supplies or parts. It was $20.99. It would be great to get a good explanation for that.

Competent, friendly service. Didn’t try to push their agenda but only kept me informed of all the options available and allowed me to make my own decision. After decisions were made, they worked their system to ensure things were more affordable than they first appeared. They earned the name 5 Star. Update: I came in for general maintenance, but I left in a new truck. The 5-star service team identified a problem in the electrical system, but the sales team coordinated to help me understand the long-term concern. After looking at options, I was able to sign on a new truck for only little more monthly payment than my 5-year old Titan. Ms. Gail Washington made sure to keep the ball rolling by personally attending to all the needs from the service info to finance department. Her work persistence and dedication to the quality of the investment swayed me and allowed me to walk away happy and satisfied with the experience. Well done 5-star.
